Confirmation of order on e-paint.co.uk implies acceptance of the
following terms and conditions:
Payment
Payments must be by valid credit or debit card. Invalid or out
of date cards will not function on this site.
The following credit/debit cards are accepted:

Solo
Switch
Handling
A handling charge may be included on all or some orders. Any
charge is displayed prior to checkout.
Price
The price for the order is that ruling at the time of order
placement. The price and the terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted the
time of confirmation of order.
VAT
VAT is not itemised on reciepts. e-paint.co.uk is not registered
for VAT.
Colour
The colours shown on this web-site are for guidance only and
will vary depending on monitor and browser type. Colours shown
should not be taken as a representation of the true colours or finish of the
products.
In addition, the colours of the products from this site may vary
from the standard colour references (eg RAL, BS etc.) or from other products of the same colour
designation. e-paint.co.uk does not accept responsibility for any variation in
colour or finish between product ranges and/or suppliers or from variations in
colour or finish between or within batches of product from the same supplier.
Finishes
The finishes of the products may vary between suppliers. In
addition the terms (eg 'textured', 'matt') can mean different things to
different people. Customers must be satisfied that the finish of the product
purchased is suitable for their application. e-paint.co.uk cannot take
responsibility for differences in finish between suppliers.
Delivery
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver by the time
specified, delivery times and dates are estimates only. E-paint.co.uk
cannot not take responsibility for late deliveries other than those detailed
below.
The term "next day" means next working day and "2 days" means
next 2 working days. Deliveries are not made at weekends or on bank holidays.
Orders must be placed by 2.00 pm to qualify for that starting day. Orders
received after 2.00 pm will be deemed to have been placed the following day.
Complaints
Delivery
Damaged goods
e-paint.co.uk will credit for damaged goods or loss of
product during delivery provided that the damage/loss is notified and
signed for on arrival on the delivery paperwork to a maximum of the
purchase price or £20.00/kg whichever is the lower. Claims must be
made within 48 hours.
Non-delivery
In the event of non-delivery of the goods within five
working days of the designated time of delivery, e-paint.co.uk will offer a
full refund including VAT if appropriate, handling and delivery charge. No other consequential loss will be
considered or accepted.
Returned Goods
Products can be returned to e-paint.co.uk provided that the
product remains in its un-opened original packaging and is not older than 3
months from the date of delivery. The cost of return transport and handling will
be deducted from any credit together with a 25% administration charge.
Products bought on "special offer" are not eligible for return.
Title
Ownership of the goods/products will remain with e-paint.co.uk
until payment is received.
Law
Disputes will be judged under English law.
